"You handled everything to my 100% satisfaction. Anytime anyone asks, I will gladly give out your name and number
with my highest regard." -- Randy Seffel
LeeAnn showed great concern in finding the right house for us and helping us figure out how to continue in the deal when
the deal got tough. We never felt like we were just another client or business deal. We have bought and sold 4 other homes before finding LeeAnn and in all areas she excelled by comparison! -- Bob & Chris Campbell

I am a huge fan of Friendly Valley with its 24-hour guarded-gate and it's ability to provide housing to adults, aged 55+, within the price range of approximately $150,000 - $600,000 ... depending upon the current real estate market.
The community began building in 1963 on property reportedly owned by Bob Hope and grew as new Associations were added. Today there are approximately 1,290 homes and 14 homeowner associations. Friendly Valley is located in the Santa Clarita Valley, approximately 35 miles north-west of Los Angeles. You can read more FACTS and RULES HERE.
There are many classes and special interest clubs ... like bingo or poker ... along with a wood shop, ceramics room and a year round heated pool and spa, to name just a few amenities. Golfers can enjoy the 9 hole executive course and the 18 hole pitch-and-putt course for free, with their guests paying a nominal fee. The Villager is a one-page newsletter which lists events and announcements and is delivered to residents twice each month. Read more about Friendly Valley's events/classes at my Friendly Valley Blog HERE or visit my regularly updated FaceBook page HERE.
Friendly Valley even provides a Tram Service a few times per week, to take residents who can no longer, or who do not want to, drive themselves to local shopping and banking.
